Food options were very bad.....buffet had very few dishes and only 1 dessert despite the dinner cost around 3000 rupees

The hotel room bead was not comfortable, the washroom is also average. They only give 1 ltr water bottle for one night stay. Extra water is chargeable. Food is also average.

First they always asking for money and secondly they are not providing a good service i told please clean my room but they ignored me and I stayed for 2 days even they are not changing the towel i use 2 day same towel but one *** is very good the name is ranjit he very nice person

Location is excellent. Food was very tasty. Service of Ravi and Raj was superb. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

Room size is good but average looking. Gym is good but you have to step out of the building. Food is good. Reception has lot of interns. Need better training. They were blank on simple queries.

Location - 5/5, Food - 4.5/5, Amenities - 4/5, Room - 3/5. Room was without any window, hence claustrophobic.

They had carpeted rooms which were stained really bad with gutka or something. Asked for another room which were also similar. Staff is not at all trained to handle situations. There was no hot water one of the days.

Each and everything was excellent. The welcoming gesture was also good. Behavior was great and the food was also amazing

The rooms had a good ambience. My room was even upgraded by the check in staff. However the breakfast was good. There were stale products in the spread like steam vegetables, bakery products etc.
